What you'll do

•Post 1+ TikTok / YT Short / IG Reel per day featuring arbastro games or general Roblox commentary
•Hop on relevant trends within hours of them breaking — speed > polish on TikTok
•Show off new game features the day they ship
•Coordinate with Creative Director on overall content strategy and with Video Editor on longer-form cuts

Requirements

•Comfortable on camera, daily posting cadence
•Strong TikTok fluency — knows current trends, sounds, formats within hours of them breaking
•Engaging personality, can deliver punchlines in 8 seconds
•Bonus: existing TikTok following (especially in gaming)
•Bonus: video editing on a phone (CapCut etc.) so you can ship without a full edit pipeline
