What you'll do

•Run weekly playtests of arbastro games, focused on onboarding + retention drop-off points
•Interview FriendPath power users on the search experience
•Interview Suite subscribers on what perks they actually value (informs the Product Manager’s roadmap)
•Build a library of recorded sessions + a Notion of recurring friction points
•Coordinate with Animator + Luau Frontend on game-feel improvements driven by research

Requirements

•2+ years UX research or game research
•Comfortable running moderated playtests (1-on-1, video call) AND unmoderated tests (UserTesting / PlaytestCloud / etc.)
•Knows how to ask non-leading questions, spot what users do vs what they say
•Can synthesize qualitative findings into prioritized recommendations
•Bonus: kids audience research experience (ethical considerations differ)
