What you'll do

•Reconcile monthly Stripe revenue + payouts to the books
•Handle Robux→USD contractor payouts (Roblox DevEx schedule, currency conversion, tracking)
•Quarterly P&L + cash-flow snapshots to leadership
•Prep 1099 / W-9 / W-8BEN paperwork for contractors
•Coordinate with HR Specialist on payroll + with Compliance Officer on retention

Requirements

•2+ years bookkeeping, ideally for a digital/SaaS business
•Comfortable reconciling Stripe payouts + handling foreign-currency conversion (Robux→USD)
•QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar
•Understanding of subscription accounting (deferred revenue, MRR, recognition)
•Bonus: experience with creator-economy payouts (1099s, international contractor compliance)
