What you'll do

•Design UGC items branded to arbastro games (Pirate Wars cosmetics, Expedition Rubasa gear, Cole’s Diner aprons, etc.)
•Submit through arbastro's UGC account; revenue splits via Roblox DevEx
•Coordinate with Creative Director + game devs on cross-promo (in-game cosmetics that match a Catalog item, etc.)
•Build a slow-burn library — UGC items earn passive Robux for years after listing

Requirements

•Portfolio of Roblox UGC items (clothing, accessories, faces, hair, etc.)
•Blender or similar for accessory modeling
•Familiarity with Roblox UGC submission process + sizing/topology requirements
•Sense for what sells on the Catalog — what trends, what hits emotional notes for the target age group
•Bonus: existing UGC seller account + sales history
